The AMPS power supply is an addressable unit with a standby charger and two external 24VDC output in two operating modes: FLASHSCAN and CLIP (typical loop interface protocol).

Source, for an addressable device. The power supply has a signal line circuit interface with isolation function, and occupies four SLC circuit addresses to report the power supply reason
block. It can provide 24VDC for the system and charge the battery, with power backup monitoring and charging monitoring, AC power monitoring and AC power loss protection functions.
