1) Thermoresistance temperature measurement system is generally composed of thermal resistance, connecting wire and display instruments. The following two points must be noted
The ① thermal resistance and the display meter must be consistent
② In order to eliminate the influence of the resistance change of the connection wire, the three-wire connection method must be adopted. See the 3 of this article for details
(2) Armor thermal resistance is composed of temperature sensor (resistance), lead, insulation material, stainless steel casing combination, its outer diameter is generally φ 1~ φ 8mm, the minimum up to φ mm. Compared with ordinary type thermal resistance, it has the following advantages
① volume is small, no internal air gap, thermal inertia, the measurement lag is small;
② Good mechanical performance, vibration resistance, impact resistance;
The ③ is bent and easy to install
The ④ has a long service life.
