1、 Overview
WYS-G angle transmitting controller is a high-precision and highly applicable series product developed for the measurement of guide vane opening and shaft angle of hydropower station, which uses imported rotary encoder as the core measuring device, supplemented by transverse force spring mechanism and peripheral intelligent circuit, and has many advantages such as high measurement accuracy, reliable performance, convenient installation and adjustment, and intuitive display It can simultaneously have the functions of angle sensor, master switch, display instrument, etc. It can simultaneously display the angle value and opening percentage, can set eight channels of alarm at will, and has 4~20mA analog output. The angle sensor extends from the connecting shaft and can be directly connected with the measured shaft to measure the angle.

3、 Working principle
The connecting shaft of the WYS-G angle transmitting controller is connected with the measured shaft through a coupling device. The measured shaft rotates to drive the sensor shaft to rotate. After internal circuit conditioning, the analog quantity (4~20mA) corresponding to any angle within 0~360 ° is output.
