1、 Overview
The shear pin signal device is intelligently controlled by a single chip microcomputer and collects 24 signals from the shear pin signal device When one of the shear pin annunciators of the hydraulic turbine is sheared, the annunciator pin body and wire are sheared at the same time. The LCD on the device displays the number of the cut annunciators and the total number of alarm channels. At the same time, the relay acts and transmits the data remotely through the RS485 interface

3、 Principle
The shear pin annunciator configured for the hydraulic turbine generator unit is connected to the signal device and transmitted to the single-chip system after isolation.
