Filter cleanliness can be made upon user request, from 0.5 mm to 6 mm.
Automatic sewage can be differential pressure control, timing control, upper and lower levels can be carried out at the same time. When discharging sewage, the displacement is small and does not affect the normal work of the water filter.
The filter screen adopts stainless steel wedge structure, the filter hole is "V" shaped, so that the diameter of the filter screen hole close to the particles easy to pass, strong overcurrent capacity, not easy to jam, small pressure loss, long-term work does not paste net.
The filter elements are several cylinder filters along the park, and the cylinder is filtered around. The filter adopts secondary filtration and sewage discharge mechanism. The built-in fence of the filter can hold the larger dirt such as branches, foam, and water column, and discharge it by the upper discharge valve. The rest of the small particles are discharged by the lower discharge valve. In addition, according to the requirements of the user to add double-edged strong scissors, the larger dirt, cut by the upper sewage valve discharge.
During maintenance and cleaning, there is no need for special lifting equipment. Just loosen the screw at the upper end of the water filter to lift the deceleration mechanism down and lift the filter screen out for cleaning, with convenient maintenance.
The deceleration mechanism to realize the recoil adopts the products of Germany SEW Transmission Equipment Co., LTD. It is installed horizontally, with compact structure, large output torque, high motor protection grade and long service life.
Two drain valves are electric valves imported from Japan.
The PLC is controlled for the electrical control.
