1、 Overview:
ZWJ axial displacement monitoring instrument is a unit structure axial displacement monitoring instrument for main shaft. The monitor takes the single chip microcomputer as the core processor, and is equipped with non-contact eddy current displacement sensor and preamplifier to monitor the axial displacement of the main shaft during the operation of the water turbine generator unit.

3、 Working principle:
ZWJ axial displacement monitor consists of eddy current sensor, monitoring instrument, connecting cable and other components. The eddy current sensor monitors the axial displacement of the spindle and sends it to the monitoring instrument after low-pass filtering, anti-interference processing and output drive. The monitoring instrument displays the received shaft displacement signal, outputs two-level alarm contacts, and outputs analog signals corresponding to the displayed value. Two level alarm can be set.
