1、 Overview
ZDL-M shaft current monitoring and protection device The shaft current monitoring device uses high-performance single-chip microcomputer as the core control component to form a controller, and uses hollow ring transformer as the shaft current sensor to monitor the changes of shaft current generated by the main shaft of hydraulic turbine generator unit. The single chip microcomputer monitors the change value of the shaft current sensor in real time, which has a linear change relationship with the main shaft current. After filtering and numerical transformation, the shaft current monitoring device outputs a secondary alarm signal after confirming that the shaft current exceeds the set value. The device uses four digit seven segment LED as the display unit, and the parameter setting and real-time display are clear and intuitive. At the same time, the shaft current monitoring device of the ZDL-M shaft current monitoring protection device can output 4~20mA analog signal corresponding to the standard of shaft current (0~10A), meeting the measurement requirements of the computer monitoring system.

4、 Working principle
The shaft current sensor surrounding the main shaft monitors the current change of the main shaft in real time. After transformation and isolation amplification, the change is sent to the analog sampling port of the single chip computer. The single chip computer filters and converts the sampling value to accurately obtain the digital quantity corresponding to the main shaft current. The input keys on the monitoring controller are used to set the alarm values of Level 2 alarm points AL1 and AL2. The LED display can display the spindle current value in detail. The microcontroller determines the alarm output state after comparing the collected values with the level 2 alarm set values. The 4~20mA analog output of the monitoring controller has a linear relationship with the spindle current 0~10A. The test transformer in the monitoring controller is used for the self-test of the shaft current monitoring device.
